Does this signal a return to Paleolithic 3 yards and a cloud of dust football in an ever increasing pass happy NFL? Seems odd to focus so much this offseason on QBs then go all out on drafting OL.
How about a redraft TimmayLake style. Give us your picks with what was available at the time.

Re: Pick 2. 51 Zach Frazier OC West Virginia

The bit of tape that I've watched on Frazier shows he keeps his hands inside his shoulders and in the chest of his assignments. 1. Keeps his almost 11" man hooks, wrestling hands right on the numbers, which makes it harder for defender to disengage...as opposed to hands out wider, easier to chop aw...

Re: The 53 and the draft so far…..

Offense 25 3 QB Wilson Fields Allen - Other than a hopefully rejuvenated but aging Wilson the Steelers are lacking QB talent. Wilson is mercurial as a teammate. He still can win big games if he has the requisite talent around him. Fields has enough athletic ability to beat bad teams a fair amount o...

Mason Rudolph Mason was really never given a chance until last season where he was pretty good. He'll never be Ben or maybe even Justin Fields but I would not have protested if he were kept on as a backup. how did rudolph not get a chance his 2nd year? If you're talking about 2019, he got hurt.

Yeah, if you're going to use that kind of an argument... KC loves Roman Wilson. Don't know about KC's record except for with Pickett. Well Cotchery was pretty good for the Steelers. BTW, if you don't think the QB room is far better with Russell Wilson (yes even at 35), Justin Fields and upcoming draft pick than Kenny Pickett, Mitch Trubisky and Mason Rudolph, well then I don't know what to say for you.

It’s cool, this is exactly what a portion of the fanbase wanted. They couldn’t wait until Ben was gone. Miserable fucks getting what the deserved. At least this off-season has shown they’re willing to address past mistakes and take a shot at fixing them. That’s huge progress for this organization. ...

We basically groundscored a reasonably competent NFL QB. Not sure how this can be seen as a bad thing, objectively.

And also, in case anyone is keeping score at home, Kenny Pickett is now officially a bust. And the Steelers have thankfully recognized it. Thank God. The whole NFL is a bust besides the Chiefs! I actually agree with B2B on this. The best thing to do is let Kenny play so it removes all doubt, especially with the so-called Steelers brain trust, that he's a complete bust. '24 will be sacrificed, but whatever it takes. The downside of this is that you are burning another year off the careers ...
