Re: 3.76 QB Drew Allar, Penn State

watch all penn state games and very familiar with Allar. Some things maybe can be fixed but not sure you are ever going to get past the core issue - he is awful awful in high pressure situations ... a deer in headlights. i hold out 2% hope that once freed from the combo of poor WRs and james frankl...

Re: Caleb Johnson is now Milton with the Red Stapler

Will be real nice if Roma Wilson and Caleb Johnson actually show they can be competent players in the offense. It might help if we ask them to do things they are good at. Perhaps instead of asking Roman Wilson to block or get past physical jams, we should put him in motion and get him on the move t...

looking back the player/personnel decisions, development and usage (especially last 3-5 years) has been horrible bordering on gross negligence
its almost as of coaching staff and management had no idea what they are doing
It looks like they were operating on gut rather than analytical rigor.

I can't figure out Johnson. He looked GREAT on film at Iowa. He was explosive. He hit the hole hard. He had nice juice.

Last year...he looked like he had NO JUICE AT ALL. I have no clue what happened to the kid.

We should use ALL 12 of our Picks

There are some opinions out there that 12 picks is too many and that somehow we should get rid of them to trade up in various rounds. I've honestly never understood this mentality. We have so many holes on this team and we have to keep getting younger. Look at special teams alone, we lost Pierre, Ki...

Perhaps that sprinting to the podium strategy wasn't so good after all? That drafting is a dumpster fire. Minkah was the best player on there and he wasn't even drafted by us. Many of us, including myself, had pointed out for years that the scouting department had gotten stale and was full of ...

It kills me we pay Queen 13M for that mediocre to poor play. That said, are we really going to go into the season with One-legged Holcomb and Payton Wilson who is a coverage ILB? (Malik is horrendous so I won't even bring him up.)

Austin was never as fast as his timed speed and his size and catch radius was a real problem. He also didn't have great change of direction. We can do better.

I would not continue to pay Queen his money for being a Meh ILB. This is his last year of contract. $17 million a year at ILB needs to be an impact player. I agree we should be active, but it better be for players under 27-28. We have to get younger.

I want some combination of a WR, a move TE, a NT, ILB, CB, or S. Problem is...I don't love the FA class this year.

Graham is a good DC. He's creative and tries to adapt his scheme around his player's talent. He's often been missing the talent. But, he really values smart players that know where they have to be. The drafting has gone down hill because somewhere in those scouting/draft rooms people keep emphasizing NEED rather than BPA. Teams that draft for need think they are contenders. No, we better draft BPA each time. We have a ton of holes. We rarely go BPA and we need to change our philosophy. Stop the podium sprints, be open to trades, and pick BPA.
