Re: Trevor Rumors?
I'm already looking at the 2026 QBs hoping Tomlin is gone by then (I know, very little change of that happening). Any of these guys worth praying to Jobu for? https://www.nfldraftbuzz.com/positions/QB/1/2026 LAST UPDATED: 02/10/2025 Player Rankings - Quarterback # Player Pos Team Weight Height 40YD...

Ha I saw those stats too. Amazing what he can do with a talented crew around him. I was sort of cool on the 4 Nations thing but it is definitely better than the All Star game and I definitely love high-level hockey (I almost always watch the Conference Finals and Stanley Cup Finals no matter which ...

Re: Nice Honor for Sid
Well-deserved! I heard last night that he's won 26 straight games in a Team Canada uniform, and the team has never lost a game since he was named captain. That's incredible.
This tourney is going to challenge that, though-- really talented teams.

Re: Question for outta towners
You guys probably already know my fandom story. I was born at St. Clair Hospital... lived in–as the kids would say now–– a small, coal-minimg company town called Coverdale that was colonized by Bethel Park in 1949. The Pirates were always on in my house, but at the time I started playing peewee, the...

Re: Question for outta towners
Born in So Cal in 1971 and my step dad was a fucking asshole and he liked the Cowgirls. So anything he liked I hated and the Steelers were putting the beat down on the cowboys at that time. He hated the Steelers and here I am today. Never liked the Chargers. I thought the name was stupid anyway. St...

Sign CB Davis Sign DT Reed Draft 2 more DL in the 3rd, and 5th. What will actually happen. Re-sign Sutton Re-sign Loudermilk Trade up and draft another bust qb, no draft picks in the 3rd and 5th after trade. Yes I believe that, probably also resign Adams, and Leal as well. Re: SteelerFury.com Podcast 2024 NFL Season - End of Season
In my mind the biggest issue is not coaching on this team, it is a lack of talented superstars. I could listen to Merril Hoge talk about and praise Chuck Noll all day. His respect for him is abundant and he seems to have endless stories of his positive influence on him and the Steelers. But, I do n...

I thought Zach Baun or Chris Jones should have won... but Surtain had a really good year. Gave up only 306 yards... all season! That's 19 yards per game that he played.

Re: Quick Mock Out of Super Bowl Week Boredom
Milroe would be a fun combination of of the Najee (Bama guy overdrafted) and Kenny (QB nobody wants) meltdowns. A judicious melding of catastrophe, if you will. At this point I have him in the same draft rating as Malik Willis was coming out. Damaged good that you might be able to fix but his floor...

Re: No posts about Garrett requesting a trade?
Garrett was 29 this year, he’ll be 30 next year. The only teams gonna trade for him are contenders with picks late in round 1. I could see A team like the Lions or Redskins going all in on Garrett. Or maybe Cincy if they weren’t so cheap, and Cleveland won’t trade him in division. It doesn’t make s...

Re: No posts about Garrett requesting a trade?
You think they get a top 5 first round pick plus a future first for a 30 year old DE? Garrett is entering his age 29 season When Kalil Mack was traded, he was entering his age 27 season, was not nearly as accomplished a player not reigning DPOY… and fetched roughly 2 1sts and a third. I think they ...

It's obviously good for us if he leaves the AFCN. If they trade him, they'll end up with Cam Ward & Abdul Carter... plus future #1+. Way better off than they were last year. Re: Why Can't They Stop The Run?
Because they don't have good LBer play and that impacts their personnel. If they go Nickel teams run the ball on them in passing formations. Queen is barely passable and while I like Wilson, he's too light in the ass to play the run. If they go with their base the offense audibles to a pass. It's s...

Re: Jalen Milroe has the same size hands as Kenny
Oh, I don’t think Milroe has prayer in hell to be Allen. I’m saying if there’s a prospect with elite tools, but also accuracy problems, you might want to take a gamble. Trade for Joe Milton. It probably takes 1/3 of the draft capital to get Milton compared to Milroe and Milton has way better tools....

Worked out for the Bills. This the same Milroe who's underthrowing deep balls at the Senior Bowl practice? I don't see the Quarterback in that guy. Seems like a good kid and I hope he makes a lot of money before they figure out he's not a QB. Oh, I don’t think Milroe has prayer in hell to be Allen....

Re: Conference Championships
Slow reply - been a little crazy the past few days In regard to the 3rd down play- prior to the 4th down QB sneak- the Bills TE had the ball in his right hand, iirc, and it was cradled by his right shoulder. So, while his left elbow came down short of the line to gain, his right shoulder and the ba...

Re: Are we going to get another article about how Tomlin Owns the Senior Bowl?
Well he was eye fucking all the D-linemen yesterday so we know where we are drafting first. Yup. Gotta just execute and stop the run. To be fair Smith was scouting WRs and RBs hard today. There are a shitload of good RBs available. I don't know about WR. And I don't necessarily mind DL as a first r...

Ya but Jibba is only looking at how he runs. Has likely already jizzed his pants over it. Expect us to race to the podium Milroe is showing arm strength but he can't hit the broad side of a barn. Tomlin may love his life story though so who knows. Worked out for the Bills. This the same Milroe who'...

The 3rd down play, I thought his body was in top of the chiefs player, so he hadn’t touched the ground In respect to the dual catch, you are correct about everything, but in my opinion the ball is still being controlled predominantly by the defender. Keep in mind that while a tie goes to the receiv...

Re: The Gambler
I'm a big fan of the Harmon pick, although my opinion comes from only seeing him play against OSU. I'd like to see an earlier pick at WR and CB, although I know WR is thin this year. I've heard great things about Bech too. The corner I like is Cobee Bryant. He's thin, but I've read the Steelers hav...
