Except it's not. Mason doesn't have the arm to complete the throws Ben is missing. The only way Mason is an upgrade is if he sees the field better, is more decisive and faster with his progressions. Maybe, but I doubt it.

That's kind of the typical progression. We get our shit packed in for 2-3 quarters, and then turn Ben loose hoping he can make it a game.
