Swiss just said no (and the Broncos would also have to lose to the Raiders next week, BTW).
The relevant tiebreaker is Strength of Victory.
Going into this week, we were trailing Denver in that category by 5.5 wins.

Under that scenario those 5.5 wins vanish if we beat Cincy and KC and they lose out.

Don't think so...we already beat Cincy...we don't get to add their wins in again, AFAIK.

KC has won more than 6 games.

I am going to run the numbers and see what happens.

I'd say it's extremely doubtful....maybe even impossible. After last week, Steelers trailed Denver in Strength of Victory tiebreaker by 5.5 games. If Denver loses tomorrow, Steelers would trail by 4.5 games.
That means if Steelers win next week, and Denver loses to Oakland...in DENVER....the 11 teams that Steelers have beaten would need to win 4.5 more games than the 11 teams that Denver has beaten. When considering that....keep in mind:
*Two of Steelers 11 wins would have been against Cinci...Denver will have lost against Cinci....so that's one of our wins that can't benefit SOV any more.
*Cinci will get at least a bump of one game, possibly two from KC/San Diego winner....so that's another one of our wins from which we can't benefit in SOV.
So that means that from our 9 remaining wins, we would need to garner 5.5 more victories than would Denver. Cleveland plays Baltimore...so it's now 6 wins to gain 4.5 games. Steelers and Denver both beat Indy...5 wins to gain 5.5 games.
I'd say it's impossible.
Carolina, Jax, Houston, Tennessee, Atlanta would all need to win
AZ, SF, Miami, Buff, Jets would all need to lose....Miami plays Jets...I think that seals it....can't happen.
