Steelers vs. Bill replay and snap counts
Was planning on watching at the bar.
Wound up streaming.
Crappy feed...probably slow computer.............
relegated me to listening to the second half on Sirius radio, Steelers broadcast team.
Which was actually pretty pleasant, as I was able to do things around the yard, sit with my feet in the pool, enjoy the sunny September day.
Watched a replay of the first half last night and into the 3rd quarter. Will finish up tonight.
NFL games replayed.Nice to watch, rewind, etc.

Snap counts.
Boy was this defense on the field alot. 85 snaps compared to the Bills defense, who was on the field for only 58 snaps. ( 27 more snaps if my math is correct )

Cameron Sutton CB 85

Terrell Edmunds SS 85
Norwood 68 snaps. Pretty impressive.
Pierre 31 on the field a good amount.
and Maulet 13 contributed.

He was in for victory formation after the onside recovery.

Justin Layne and Marcus Allen didn't get one snap on defense, though Allen got a helmet over Spillane.
I don't get why the Steelers keep Layne around. I'd rather poach another DB from another roster and cut him. Yeah, he can play ST's but he hasn't grown as a corner in his three years here.

Najee....
all 58 offensive snaps.
That can not happen every week.

Run the wheels off baby.
But for real, I agree. Why not mix it up and give the other RBs some looks? Let Ballage go out there and bust some heads.

Yup.
Ballage
McFarland.
At least make the bills think and defend a different player and skill set.

McFarland is on IR.
Apparently, Spillane was injured in pregame warmup. Well, at least that’s what I read on another site.though Allen got a helmet over Spillane.

Spillane was indeed a pregame injury. Didn't know Najee was in for every snap... honestly, that means he's earned a significant amount of trust. Hopefully not an every game occurrence, but actually pretty cool for the rook.
Speaking of rooks, I thought the rookie and young linemen, particularly Green, looked better as the game went on.

Nothing left to do but smile, smile, smile...
