Awful team, of course - outside of one 34-point explosion they're averaging fewer PPG than us - but still 3-4-1 and very much alive in the playoff race.
Between benching Ryan and this move, credit to these guys for not living in their fears.

Humble enough to admit mistakes unlike our leadership.Valentino_Blake wrote: ↑Tue Nov 01, 2022 3:13 pmhttps://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/349 ... rcus-brady

In their current state, I hate everything about this organization.

More like an impatient owner
Irsay ordered Ryan benched
Now firing the OC further warm the seat on his soon to be fired head coach
Art 2 is patience on a monument
Can’t disrupt that whole only 3 coaches since 1969 string

Don't worry, the Steelers are considering removing the ping pong table again.

They just set their franchise back a hundred years!!! They'll never find another coach to replace him!!!!

Funny, not too long ago, I'd have likely taken Reich over Tomlin. Not sure I still wouldn't.
Nothing left to do but smile, smile, smile...
We should totally emulate that franchise that fucked up a generational QB so badly he decided to retire at 28.
You had me all the way through "fucked up a generational QB so badly..."

In the sense that they're attempting to find solutions to problems that exist, yes
But if you prefer the cover your ears and hope everything sorts itself out approach, I suppose you've hitched yourself to the right team

Not quite.
The Colts have spent the last decade throwing shit against a wall in the hope that something will stick.
I 100% agree that the Steelers are WAY too slow to make changes, and Canada needed to be fired yesterday. That doesn't mean that a constantly rotating OCs and/or signing every has-been QB off the street is a good idea, either.
So has Jim Irsay when he's on one of his benders. The Colts have spent the last decade throwing shit against a wall in the hope that something will stick.
Lions just traded former 1st Hockinson to the Vikes.
