OK but the defender was 10 yards away from him.

And Mitch could see where he was.

But whatever...I don't really care whose to blame.

They all suck.

On offense I probably only want Warren, Jones and Daniels anyway- and maybe Pickens if a new coach can clean up his attitude.
For the record, Muth was asked about this and said it was his fault.

As soon as the defender turned his hips to drop, Muth was supposed to sit right there... that was the read... and he admits he did the exact opposite.

It's possible he's dumb as bricks

Yes, very possible.

His brain has been concussed multiple times.

To be fair, by all metrics used to analyze TE’s, Muth is just average. Nothing dynamic about his game, even though he tends to be over hyped by the media.

Ok. I’ll take his word for it.

It is possible he’s dumb as bricks.

It is also possible this scheme is so bad and the coaching so non-existent none of the skill players have confidence in it, nor have they built up the proper “muscle and mind” memory to do what they are supposed to do.

Never have I seen an offense where none of the players see, to know what they are supposed to do on any given play, and I refuse to believe it’s because they are all dumb and uncoachable.

Fundamental errors, when they are repeated and widespread, betray a lack of confidence in what is supposed to be done.
