I found myself naturally rooting for LJ just to make the AFC North get improved coverage and ratings.

Who cares about coverage and ratings for the AFC North? I will always root against the North unless SBI. In the NFL, nothing else matters.

Well then you guys must not be from western Pennsylvania…because rooting for the Eagles leaves an awful taste! I actually deep down wanted the Ravens to win that is how bad I hate the Eagles winning.

Now we have to hear all the Eagles bullshit story lines the rest of the way.

I get SBI, but Ravens fans are not Eagles fans!

I hope we beat the Eagles! That would be a sweet victory!

Swiss I've been wrong as often as I've been right and that was definitely no shot at you.

Only 3 years ago I had a photo of DJ as my avatar. I loved the guy and truly hoped he would take the next step because DJ truly had the talent to be a difference making, big time WR. He could run by anybody and had elite route running skills.....when he gave a shit.

I'll never understand why Johnson went off the rails the way he did. We know he worked on his craft to improve the mind numbing drops, but he also clearly had attitude issues and later (which was his ticket out of town) his effort waned.

When his effort waned (and Pickens, who was learning under DJ started following suit by half-assing it too) DJ had to go. Didn't matter if the Steelers got nothing for him, dude just had to go (again like Vito in "The Sopranos.")

I'll never understand what went wrong with this fella but I am glad the Steelers have Donte Jackson. THAT guy has been amazing.

I’m from Western Pennsylvania, and I never remembered even caring about the Eagles enough to hate them.

Our hatred was always given to the Cowboys, Raiders, Browns and Oilers, and then in later years, the Ravens, Titans, Jags and Patriots…you know…our actual rivals.

We only played the Eagles once every three-four years so they never mattered.

Now 20 years of living in the Philadelphia area maybe has made me forget?

If we beat the Eagles this time, however, it will be sweet…since we haven’t beaten them in Philadelphia in nearly 60 years.

Yeah well the Pirates and Phillies were big time rivals in the 1970s, so I understand why Philly baseball fans would do that.

Spent my first 10 in Pittsburgh and then moved to Baltimore in '83. I was there when the Ravens came to town and I was at the Sunday night season finale before drafting Ben the following April. Raven fans are an awful fanbase having witnessed them for years. Thankfully left the mid-atlantic area 17 years ago, but the bad taste remains.
