Harrison says what we are all thinking

I usually avoid the Steelers community on Reddit because it is chock full of Tomlin apologizers

But I thought I’d take a peek to see how the collection of dimwits was coping

Amazingly, even the apologizers seem to be turning

James Harrison flat out calling out Tomlin is a welcome site

I am lazy and I use voice to text far too often.

Please disregard any ridiculous grammatical or contextual errors.

I will strive to do better

Harrison has been absolutely and deservedly unhinged during this collapse. He may drive to Tomlin's house after another game or two.

My favorite Steeler defender and non-Ben Steeler player of this generation.
Nothing left to do but smile, smile, smile...

Harrison is spot on...not sure if Tomlin was ever a great coach, he was put in a great spot however and has milked it, Mike Tomlin never built anything, rarely has a player develop beyond there potential, I hope and pray he wants out after this year and Rooney can call his old pal Mr. Mara, and swap Tomlin for the #3 pick in the upcoming draft, I think it would be a win for the Steelers, and the media can keep fawning how great a coach Tomlin is.

I think the ship carrying draft picks for Jibbs has sailed and is now lost at sea.

No franchise is giving up premium draft capital for this clown.

I’m sure they’ll be rumors of it this offseason but it’ll be clickbait.

If teams want any of Jibba Jabber’s cooking they would simply hire some of his assistants.

Yet they never do.

We ain’t getting draft picks for Jibbs.

They’ll fire a few assistants and pretend that is all that was needed.
Jibba Jabber’s offense hasn’t scored more than 7 1st quarter points in 88 consecutive games. An NFL record by far. A historic amount of “easin in”. We are lucky to have him.

This is Tomlin's last stand. This has always had the makings of a sink or swim season. FO gave in to his requests - Ramsey, DK, Rodgers. They kept the old guys like Heyward and Watt around. They let him retain his buddy who appears to be the worst DC in the league. They did everything short of letting Tomlin's wife design the special uniforms.

And with the average fan and the national media finally seeing what we've been seeing for years, and the Steelers becoming a joke, I think he's done without a christmas miracle. B2B said it best when he called them a tribute band version of the real Steelers. Rooneys patience and self congratulations re: only having 3 coaches in 50 years and the Rooney rule can withstand a lot.

But it can't withstand giving up 250 on the ground with no adjustments, fire tomlin chants, and losing all the media bootlickers.

All Rooney was trying to do was avoid being the Jets, the Browns, etc. He seems to care more about looking good than winning. Nothing looks good about this mess.

Tomlin's gone.

We are going to cheer Jibba’s departure for about a month.

Anyone really belive the Dunce is capable of making the right hire?

I certainly don’t.

Now I’ll be super happy Jibbs is gone. But will also be under no illusion things magically get fixed.

ESPECIALLY if Dunce has been so brainwashed with Jibba’s bullshit that he believes this offense is actually who we are and what we must do.

New coach being told he has to do the same things doesn’t fix things.

Will see how Dumb dumb Rooney handles this.

Maybe a Christmas mediocre….no miracle. Book it. He couldn’t coach them through turkey week and he still has two more holiday weeks. He let the prisoners have their way for Thanksgiving week…no way that genie is going back in the bottle for Xmas and New Years week.

Would have to agree 100%.

Unless one is into conspiracies and Rodger forces a team to take him so he doesn’t have a “number of POC head coaches in the league” debacle on his hands again.

I bet Rodger hates dealing with that PR nightmare.

One of these days, speaking of conspiracies, the kickback scheme for all these awful contracts for senior citizens will be revealed, and I will not be surprised at all.

By default, ANY coach is going to be better than Tomlin because they will be trying to win championships rather than just NHALS. They'll be HUNGRY and won't settle for 9 wins and the occasional 1-and-done.
