You specifically referred to converting something to cash. That has tax consequences.
Liquid means assets easily converted to cash such as Vanguard and BlackRock index funds
You also have no idea how his wealth is allocated and in what capacity.

I’m sure it’s well taken care of.

But you are grossly speculating here.

Stick with trading options for cents on the dollar.

Matt Canada appears to have been one of the highest paid offensive coordinators in football. We don’t know exactly what he was paid by the Steelers. But it was reported that his contracts with LSU and Maryland made him among the highest paid assistants in college football. It was reported he made $1.5M at LSU in 2017. That made him the 4th highest paid assistant in college football that season. You really think he took less money for a lateral position in the pros?

He had been unemployed for a year when we hired him. It was not a lateral move from unemployment.

You are correct he didn’t have a coaching gig in 2019. He was still banking checks though. And his previous job was at Maryland as interim head coach. I’m sure he wasn’t hired for peanuts. All conjecture and speculation but my guess is the Steelers were more likely paying him in the top half of coordinator salaries as opposed to the bottom half.

There is a high correlation between excessive use of emojis and low intelligence.

Well, you're kinda on the right track. But I'm sure Monkey Man will say we're flat earthers or something

What personality makes people use emojis?
Extending these findings, Liu and Sun (2020) examined the relationship between personality traits and motives for using emoji. The authors found that individuals who scored higher on neuroticism or lower on extraversion used emoji to avoid awkward interactions in online conversations.
