Wow just wow this offense is bad.
Ben is really bad tonight. That should have been picked. Hard to do anything else with this offense when you have a 38 year old qb that can’t move at all and shitty rb’s

Ben tells the fans to take a deep breath. Fans want to know where the sense of urgency is.
Howard Griffith had to resort to chop-blocking him during the 1997 AFC Championship Game. An incredulous Kirkland asked Griffith, “Why do you have to use cheap tactics like chop-blocking?” Griffith replied “Why do you have to be a 300-pound linebacker?”

It literally doesn’t look like the practice or game plan to exploit the other team’s defense. I have no other explanation for it.

I’m wondering what in the hell they do all week.

In all of my 63+years of watching football, I’ve never seen an offense this poor.
Anyone still think Bens playing another 4-5 years?

Everyone on our Oline looks like they've aged 7 years this year. AV was beaten badly on that 3rd down and Ben had his jersey grabbed as he was throwing. I know it will sound like I'm making excuses for Ben, but he is not getting time on intermediate and deep throws. It's concerning.

ironically, a good pass from Ben there would have been intercepted
Johnson just stood there watching him juggle it. Hell, if he tried he probably could have grabbed the ball and started running.

On that third down pass...the defender turned to intercept it when his BACK WAS TO BEN.

Without even looking at Ben he knew where the ball was going.

Another Tomlin special against a shit team with a 3rd string QB. You can almost set your watch by it.

Isn’t it fun to relax and watch a nice, easy win vs an inferior team to win the AFCN?

Yeah....we are gonna make a run

Can you all think of a worse offensive start for a Steelers game? Trying to think. We've had 4 possessions and haven't even come within 5 yards of getting a first down yet.

Finley is probably good enough to put up 13 points. I'm not sure Ben can get 14. Sad.

This O has zero plan. There’s no rhythm or scheme. You see teams throwing to wide open guys all the time. When was the last time Ben had a receiver wide open...not just open according to NFL standards. Embarrassing.

Nope. Prob 20-25 better starting QB’s in league right now, Steeler fans deep down know this but don’t want to admit it.

Ben is totally and completely lost. I don’t understand what I’m watching.
I actually think the playcalling has been decent. If they keep at it, defenses will have to cover the whole field and things will start opening up.

I've seen Ben throw the ball like this to start a game enough over the years to not be super worried just yet.

Another solid performance by the defense is going to go to shit.

Never has 3-0 seemed so insurmountable.

They have a plan, they are attacking all levels of the defense, our QB is NOT executing for shit.

Fuck.

In my mind...it’s bad we clinched the playoffs.

Rooney will never think there’s a sense of urgency for change.

Of course he wouldn’t think that even if they didn’t make the playoffs.

worst game I've seen from Ben since he threw 3 pick-6's against OAK.
