Yeah. Next week maybe we’ll get to see a naked bootleg, by our hobbling 38-year-old quarterback. Because…they’ll never expect that.Machomaniac wrote: ↑Thu Nov 04, 2021 4:59 amTomlin is a completely and totally worthless piece of shit you guys. If you can't see it yet, wait till next week when he makes his next completely and totally retarded move. The guy was propped up by a franchise QB and elite GM for his entire career.
Didn't we do one last week?Quixotic wrote: ↑Thu Nov 04, 2021 3:51 pmYeah. Next week maybe we’ll get to see a naked bootleg, by our hobbling 38-year-old quarterback. Maybe. But the quarterback survived it. So, maybe we’ll try it again.El Kabong wrote: ↑Fri Nov 05, 2021 2:43 amDidn't we do one last week?Quixotic wrote: ↑Thu Nov 04, 2021 3:51 pmYeah. We enjoyed a playoff win in over 50% of our seasons with Cowher at HC.
We have had a playoff win in 28.5% of our seasons with Tomlin if I remember correctly and I'm pretty sure that's right. I posted this a couple times before but couldn't find the posts.
We have had 2 seasons with a playoff win in the last 10 years. 1 more than the Cowboys.
The fanbase is beat down sans those wearing Tomlin goggles.

All while having a future HOF QB, top WR and RB in their prime!
The resumes are comparable, but the two coaches really aren't. Cowher rebuilt his team at least a couple of times, won playoff games with 5 different QB's (Tomlin hasn't even won playoff games in 5 different seasons), and went to 6 AFCC's.
As opposed to he of the perpetually "easing in", Cowher more than once came out attacking in the playoffs - in 2005, he took advantage of PIT season long tendencies and had Ben come out bombs away.
Tomlin is always getting outcoached because he doesn't have time to anticipate and plan accordingly. No, he's simply coaching & planning against what is on tape. He'll run failed plays over and over, but once a play works then he's afraid to run it again because then it might not work.

And that's fine. But too many people are like "Tomlin had championship level talent but failed to win a super bowl!" No he didn't.

Is Tomlin’s dick tiny or have you worked on your gag reflex enough to type while sucking Tomlin’s dick? Tomlin is an embarrassment.El Kabong wrote: ↑Tue Nov 09, 2021 2:29 amAnd horrible defenses.DP39 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 08, 2021 6:06 pmHavoc wrote: ↑Sat Nov 06, 2021 1:49 amWe enjoyed a playoff win in over 50% of our seasons with Cowher at HC.

I'm separating talent acquisition from coaching. You want to bang on him for not acquiring championship level talent after 2010, feel free.
But speaking just of coaching, given the talent that he had to work with, you go back and look at what this team fielded between 2011 and 2019 on defense. Behold the Mike Mitchells, the Artie Burnses, the Jarvis Joneses, and tell me that any team was ever going to win a super bowl fielding defenses like that.
