Kenny is a ROOKIE. Rookie's often don't look good. I want to see how he looks next season. I'm planning on making a judgement about him in December. Can we really not wait until then to make these grand proclamations about him?

The Purdy thing is somewhat instructive, in that 49ers had a QB in Jimmy G who is and/or was around the league lead in QB rating, Y/A, TD/Int ratio, etc, and they knew he was trash because those are trash stats that only idiots look at, and they tried desperately to dump him off on somebody knowing they could plug someone else in and be as good or better off,

But the other 31 teams, knowing he was trash because those are trash stats that only idiots look at, many desperately needing a QB, completely blew them off making no offers. And then they plugged someone else in and they were just as good or better off.

Hmmm I'm stumped. Please tell me the non-trash stats that smart folks such as yourself look at

If it's all system how come Trey Lance looked like trash in same system earlier this year.

They were playing in sideways rain. Kinda hard to make Purdy passes in that slop and slather.

Unfortunate it's today's culture. Everyone has to be right, it's actually very fucking nauseating. I didn't like the pick. I like how he has played as a rookie though. Next December is a good starting point to know what the Steelers have but something tells me we will know much earlier and I can't wait.

Purdy is way better than Trevor Lawrence

Sure Lawrence is having a good sophomore season, but he would have never put up Purdy-like numbers for SF if he was their QB and not that bust Trey Lance

If Purdy were playing for the Texans, I'm sure he'd still be lighting the league on fire!

Pickett and Purdy both have checked some boxes this season, but have more to prove.

Pickett needs to show he can stand in a clean pocket and reliably hit open receivers. He really hasn’t shown much of that.

Purdy needs to show he can make plays when he has to avoid pressure in broken pockets and there’s no one open.
