Can spin numbers different ways. Tomlin's won a playoff game in two of his eight seasons....including none over the last half of his tenure. All of a sudden, doesn't sound so damn impressive, does it?
And the almighty greatest coach ever Belicheat went 10 years between Super Bowl Victories with a top 5 QB of all time and the brain trust of Ernie Adams and was aided by the worst call in Super Bowl history to get the last one, and before you say he gets them to the playoffs every year lets not forget they have played in possibly the shittiest division in football for the last 15 years.

For as great as Harbaugh is, he still doesn't have the winning percentage Mike Tomlin has, and his number of games won without his starting QB is 0.

Harbaugh is 9-4 in post-season with a Super Bowl championship. he's been to the playoffs in 6 of his 7 seasons, with wins in every one of those appearances- Tomlin in only 5 of his 8...with wins in only two of them.
Tomlin is 5-4 in postseason with a Super Bowl championship.
And it's disingenuous to say Harbaugh hasn't won a game without his starting QB.
Of course he hasn't...he hasn't had the opportunity to...Flacco's never missed a start.

Right, B2B, Scoreboard....as in Tomlin's team has never been ahead on the
Scoreboard at game's end in the playoffs since 2010.

My point, South, is that these stats about winning percentage, etc. don't mean a damn....and neither does the fact that Belichick is in a shitty division, or Pete Carroll's a douchebag....all that matters is that he has four Lombardi trophies. Tomlin has won, and that's further and further in the rear view mirror.

Yeah, having six games each year that are virtually guaranteed wins because of playing in a horrendous division makes a little bit of a difference.
I wonder how many posters here would prefer Pete Carroll to Tomlin. Doesn't get much more "we're not about that" gut feel than blowing a surefire Super Bowl win because you want your crappy QB to be the MVP instead of your malcontent RB.

Jesus Christ, do you think before you post?
Or are you that stupid?

Can we turn this nonsense into a "Cowher to the..." thread? Might as well make the most out of the site's real estate provided to this thread.

So this will mean that you will be leaving too, right? Going off to cheer for the team that will pick up Tomlin their head coach?

No it's not Switz. He'd be carping about Landry/Jimmy/Garrett and the Cowboys not the Pats. If it's anyone, it's KJ92.

He's not a Cowboys fan. At the time, he thought the Cowboys were the best to get under Steelers fans skin. Now its the Pats. As MJG75 pointed out...all the signs are/were there. It is/was Switz.

Anyone as this point defending Tomlin has to be butt fucking stupid. I mean after witnessing years of absolute mind numbingly stupid game management calls by him and you still sit here trying to justify his coaching skills ? Incredible patience you have

This isn't even debatable. If you think it is then you are already relegated to moron and not worth arguing with. I mean this didn't just happen. Tomlin is the equivalent of a lump of clay coaching

I love the geniuses who can't be bothered to look away from their Steelers microscope long enough to actually form valid comparisons.
If you zero in on Ben Roethlisberger's performance in any and point out his flaws when compared to an imagined "perfect" game, you're quickly dismissed and ridiculed as a hater. Do it with Tomlin and you're patted on the back and given a VIP invitation to the circlejerk.

Isn't debatable? Lump of clay? Jesus, it's this narrow minded, absolute line of thinking that is utterly....well, just sad.
Anyone that thinks Tomlin is a step above a Neanderthal is a bigger fucknut than they claim Tomlin to be. Does the guy have warts? Fuck yes. But to say he's a JAG and brings nothing is ignorant, obtuse and flat out idiotic. He is in no way perfect, but he's a pretty good fucking coach that has overhauled this roster into a pretty intriguing fucking team with a shitload of potential.
Sorry this process didn't happen overnight for most of the pussy bedwetters. But while everyone has been bitching about Tomlin/Colbert's ineptitude, they've quietly put together a seemingly pretty good team.

When backed into a corner pull out the Ben troll.
Not sure what you're having trouble with.
Its simple really.. Ben is a sure fire 1st ballot hall of famer. Tomlin is JAG as a coach.
