How hard can it be to cut someone for a mega important piece like Bryant?

Archer. James. Hubbard. Cam Thomas. Ventrone.

it's EASY

Honestly, I think Chickillo probably gets another ride on the Practice Squad Merry-Go-Round to make room for Bryant.

It'll probably be Nix or Chickillo who gets cut.

How did we go from "minor soreness" to "not playing" in one fucking day?

Simply follow your nose and you will find out Jermie

Report: Martavis Bryant 'tweaked' his knee

FOX Sports' Ross Jones reports Martavis Bryant was absent from Thursday and Friday's practices because he "tweaked" his knee in last Monday's session.

The extent of the injury is unknown, but there are no indications Bryant will miss an extended period of time. This is better news than swirling rumors Martavis had fallen out of shape or was dealing with something off the field following his four-game ban. Barring a last-minute recovery, Bryant will spend Week 5 on the reserve/suspended list, and not play Monday night in San Diego.

I didn't think he could remain on that list past Monday evening.

Wow. It sounds like nobody outside the team is completely sure whats going on here with Bryant. I hope this guy gets it together, heals up and contributes very soon. He has shown flashes of dominance in his short tenure.

What a nightmare of a fucking season this has been. Maybe it all started with Le'veon's injury against the Bengals. One fucking thing after another. Add to that the Bucs choking and the Pens likely to be disappointing again. Awesome time for Pittsburgh sports.

Zoloft is to mass murderers as Miracle-Gro is to shrubs

Phenibut or other noops might be a better choice.

Not that this will be comforting, but it could be worse.

We could be fans of Philadelphia sports.

At least with all three of our sports teams there is the hope they will compete now and for the short-term.

Philly sports fans are ready to dive en masse into the Delaware and Schuykill Rivers and drown themselves right about now.

Have you considered seppuku?

You never know which absurd things you joke about will someday come to pass in your life and, thus, become hard to laugh about. A very close friend of mine committed seppuku ritual suicide earlier this year and it's hard to explain how difficult that was to consider. Also, apparently the "charm" of it is that it takes a very long time to kill you; the suffering is part of the ritual.

Anyhow, I'm not offended by your joke, just a reminder that I've learned to be careful about the things I poke fun at in others, because they generally come back around to me eventually.

carry on.

I take comfort in knowing that it's only a rumor-- only one report from a nobody at nfl.com

Bouchette tweeted out that Bryant won't play.

Sorry dude- it's not just some nobody at nfl.com.

Of course- Bouchette thought Archer was gone, so maybe he doesn't have the access he used to have.

I wouldn't worry about that with Pierogi. He's more into bukkake than seppuku.

I'm sure Pierogi knows I didn't mean it literally. If not, then my apologies. I do probably take my sports too seriously. It's a character flaw, I admit.

Also, I think you'd be very surprised about my life experiences B2B. Glad you're not offended though.
