I'm going to assume those wanting Rudolph suspended are only saying that to give Duck another shot, not because he deserves a suspension...right?

I mean, if Rudolph and Garret's tussle ended on the ground, or with Garret simply ripping his helmet off and tossing it, would you have called for a Rudolph suspension?

The only reason pundits are saying Rudolph should be suspended is because his tussling apparently forced the other player to smash him in the head with his helmet......makes sense..... :?

In what is increasingly likely a dead end season.....

3 Games of Finney at center should seal his fate in Pittsburgh

I think Feiler DD Pouncey Banner Villy Gray Chuks Morris probably has the makings of a good OL unit.

More and more I think Foster will be cut in a cap move although I wouldnt rule out him be re-signed at a lower cost

The OL has done OK so far contrary to popular nonsense here.

When your QB and WRs cant make opposing Ds back off 8-9 in the box no OL is gonna look good to the amateur eye.
One things certain, if a beast of a human was beating you over your head with a football helmet NO ONE would come to your defense. We might make popcorn and watch though

I suspect he did it just because he was beginning to fade into obscurity and wanted a last ditch effort to get people talking about him again.
I was thinking the same thing. He got some new/extra juice out of his lawsuit, but now that it faded he needed another boost.

He's not Jordan or Peyton Manning - his Nike deal is only going to work as long as the public knows/cares who he is. If he's not fighting with the NFL people completely forget about him.

Here's Cortland Finnegan and Andre Johnson ripping each others' helmets off and throwing haymakers: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hc1vVnOPt8A

Hell, here's a compilation clip of a week in the NFL that's filled with helmet grabs and punches being thrown: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ML06Hnpb7p8

Literally none of these resulted in a suspension. Johnson and Finnegan both only received a $25k fine. People calling for Rudolph to be suspended are completely diluted.

Pouncey is set to appeal his suspension. I hope it is reduced.

I admit my passion for the Steelers is fueling my judgement on Mason deserving a suspension.
