Here's a thought.14Thumb wrote: ↑Sun Dec 21, 2025 11:07 pmLeadership has everything to do with it. It's the culture that Tomlin has built. He's a players coach and he instills no discipline. I’m not blaming leadership for everything. I’m blaming leadership for letting one of their players get into a fight with a fan. Stop excusing leadership from everything.
Now if that was a rookie maybe leadership can be held partially responsible.
But DK is a multi year veteran with a multi million dollar contract. He is the only one responsible for his actions.
Period.
Should DK have been sitting on the bench listening to the offensive coaches explaining the adjustments, play calls, plays to get out of this cluster fuck of an offense.....looking at the iPad, talking with OC. Talking with Rodger's ....
That's the coaching atmosphere that is absent.

When Rudy came in and stunk things seemed to shift to Rodgers curbing the stupidity.

I don’t remember. I do remember Joey Porter as a coach running onto the field against Cincinnati and Tomlin sticking his foot out trying to trip somebody on a kick off return.![]()
Blame the individual for the actions they take!!!

How hard is it, when plays like that happen, for coaches to just have their team huddle up and go quick?

AB was well established as having lost his marbles they knew what they signed and they got a SuperBowl out of it. The next season he fucked up after they all got blingy rings.Texas Black & Gold wrote: ↑Sun Dec 21, 2025 11:09 pmHow about AB in Tampa? Good tackle by Highsmith. Allowed the 2 yards, and didn't try to TFL and miss.
This is insane

that could have been much worse than a safety for DET

BTW, a safety in the NFL should be worth 4, def not less than a FG
