The Jacksonville Jaguars have a WR situation. They have a lot of guys but not a lot of players, if you know what I mean. They add a guy they hope can be a player:

See if any of this sounds familiar:

"Rapid-fire stutter steps and head fakes defeat outside and inside leverage. Effective setting up route-stems. Accelerates out of cuts creating throwing window. Scratches and claws over top of press and has early quickness to stack them. Can work inside or outside and has been effective on all three levels. Former walk-on with elevated level of competitiveness. Field fast throughout the route. Top notch ball tracker whose focus sharpens down the field. Body adjustments to haul in challenging catches is excellent. Works with scrambling quarterbacks. Slick with his feet near the sideline. Creates yardage after the catch. Ultra-competitive and highly productive, plays with a chip on his shoulder that has driven him to out-work the man across from him.

This prospect isn't perfect but he seems to have the work ethic and will that will be a perfect fit in a room where that is the standard. The Steelers need some WR help- they have 4 dependable WRs... one is coming off an ACL tear and one is entering into the last year of his contract. God forbid another suspension or injury hits them if they don't get someone ready to play right away. This is a high-floor pick of a guy who is a little more mature in the process and who has a lot of dog in him.

I have been targeting multiple position-capable players on defense, and this is one that is too good to pass up. I think he will be an exciting piece on the edge and at ILB. Let's just go back to the old days and call him Linebacker.

He has a great burst, good reaction and instincts-- not a pure bender but he sure causes a lot of problems. He began his career as a safety, so coverage is natural for him, and he has an extraordinary knack for batting down passes, with 19 Passes defensed in his career... He had 11.5 TFL, 9.5 sacks, and an incredible 13 pass breakups this season-- that has to be some sort of record production.

WIth the 82nd pick in the SF Board Draft, the Pittsburgh Steelers select:

Uchenna Nwosu, LB, Southern California

2 37 PIT (fr NYJ via CLE) - B2B - Shaquem Griffin, S/LB, Central Florida
2 60 PIT - B2B - Dallas Goedert, TE, South Dakota State
3 72 PIT fr NYJ via CLE) - B2B - Anthony Miller, WR, Memphis
3 82 PIT (fr DET) - B2B -Uchenna Nwosu, LB, Southern California

This pick doesn't fill an immediate positional need but this is the type of high character, dedicated, hard working kid that can change the culture of an entire team. The entire Georgia senior class was special. Unreal group of well rounded kids who were the epitome of selfless team leaders. An added bonus was his impressive combine. Didn't see that one coming but I should have given this kid's work ethic. Georgia's 2nd all-time leading rusher behind Herschel. Dig this kid.

With the 83rd pick in the 2018 SteelerFury draft, the Baltimore Ravens select, Nick Chubb, RB, Georgia

1.) Da'Ron Payne DT Alabama

3.) Nick Chubb RB Georgia
