Rudolph. Too soft on deep balls. Too hard on intermediate passes. He needs to find the right touch.

I think it was a miscommunication. Rudolph expecting Washington to cut out away from the defender, where Washington was cutting back inside.

I don't think it's touch. On a lot of those, he's "on target" but off the sweet spot. He doesn't make it easy on his receivers.
