OT: Browns fan pisses on Art Modell's grave

Post by Legacy User » Wed Jul 23, 2014 9:50 pm

lol stay classy

http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/11253 ... dell-grave

A Cleveland Browns fan posted a video on YouTube showing himself urinating beside Art Modell's grave in Pikesville, Maryland.

Art Modell was celebrated in Baltimore when he moved his team there in 1996, but he's still hated by many fans in Cleveland.
Afterward, he speaks to the camera:

"You know, Art, when you ... tried to kill the Cleveland Brownie, you didn't do so good, the Browns fans wouldn't let you, you piece of s---," he says. "I'm in rat land, and I'm going to use the words you used a few years ago.

"As far as pissing on your grave, I had no choice."

When Modell moved the team to Baltimore in 1996, he said he had "no choice."

The video has received more than 10,000 hits. A spokeswoman for the Druid Ridge Cemetery told The Baltimore Sun that the Browns fan's decision to urinate beside Modell's grave was "disappointing and disrespectful." Police did not immediately respond to the paper on the situation and its legality.

Modell died in 2012.

Thing about douchebags is that they also do the bulk of douchebaggery that is directed towards other douchebags.

White trash.

But I must say that's quite a grave site/monument for Modell.

So he pissed on himself without actually pissing on Modell's corpse? I'd say the joke's on him.

I looked it up, but had no idea beforehand. I wasn't even alive when the guy played.

Well, young whippersnapper, back in the day, Lyle Alzado was famous enough that it's not unusual that someone would be wearing his jersey even today.

I remember my wife and I watching The Adventures of Hercules back in the 90's, and we both thought Kevin Sorbo was too small to be playing Hercules. I thought Lyle Alzado in his prime would have made an excellent Hercules.

I read somewhere this is a photoshopped picture. If it's real it will be great ammo for some whining Raven's fans I know. I don't want to jump the gun.

Its a nice one, but not as priceless as the heartbroken Ravens fans after the Steelers beat them. I forget the game, but that utterly heartbroken girl amidst the empty purple seats.

He went to Yankton College, which doesn't exist now. He was discovered by Denver by mistake. They were scouting a player from Montana and saw Alzedo on the game film terrorizing everyone and drafted him. He was a mean m'fucker.

Of all the pre-1995 Cleveland Browns players to wear a jersey of, Lyle Alzado?

I associate him more with the Broncos and Raiders.

What a fat turd this guy is.

Yep. When I hear the name Alzedo, I immediately think of the Raiders. Actually forgot he played for the Browns.

I hated the whole Orange Crush thing. Pretty sure it MJG that got the boot from a Christmas Eve playoff in trying to deal with those fuckers.

And steroids aren't carcinogenic. Neither is Growth Hormone. Some days the bear just gets you.

Yeah, I think it was a whole media hype thing that tried to tie steroid use with brain cancer. Not true at all.

Actually, I think Alzedo was the one that hyped it up. He was convinced they were linked.

When he was dying they acted like it was surely because of the steroids in the media, if you remember that time..

I heard a story that the Raiders called the hard lumps on your ass you get from injecting roids in your backside over and over "Alzados"

Maybe it was part of the SI story, I am old and don't remember.

GET OFF MY LAWN!

Shotgun pass on 3rd and 2....
