Kudos to NFL

Kudos to NFL for scheduling Ben’s last home game against the hated Stains and also having it on Monday night, what a fitting way to send 7 out. This will be a memory I cherish forever.

I'm not sure anyone could have known last Spring that it would necessarily be Ben's last home game.

Same. I don’t recall another NFL player getting a send off like that. It shows how massive Ben’s impact on this game has been. Imagine being one of the assholes who tried to push him out the door in favor of Mason Rudolph.

Someone on the pregame said the following..."The NFL took Roethlisberger for granted".. Can't remember who said it but very accurate quote.

He didn’t fit the mold of what they wanted an NFL QB to be.
