Kenny on Footbahlin with Ben Roethlisberger
You could see Kenny was nervous hanging with a legend but what a great episode.
Best part was Ben admitting he was a little sad not being out there and not knowing what to expect from KP8. Ben slowly came around and was high fiving his friends and family and not only rooting for Kenny…..Ben now believes in Kenny and believes KP is the guy.
Wonderful conversation they had.
Don’t miss it. I even ordered a Footbahlin trucker hat!

I agree, it was a great conversation. Can't wait to see Ben on the field next year.

Interview got a little awkward when Ben tried to get Kenny to confess his sins and Kenny said Jesus "probably had awful body odor."

When Ben let his kids come downstairs before bed and meet Kenny before bedtime was probably the best part.
Even Ben’s kids are Kenny fans!!

"Nobody ever throws to a RB that hard." in reference to the Naj TD against Balt. I asked myself that same question when it happened.
I thought he was going to sims but under threw him and Naj caught it. Turns out he was aiming for Naj?

Arguing with idiots is like playing chess with a pigeon. No matter how good you are, the pigeon is going to shit on the board and strut around like it won anyway.

Looked like it would have been a TD for either Naj or Sims.
One thing is for sure: No Ravens were going to pick that pass and 2 Steelers could have had TD catches.

Appreciated the transparency Big Ben shows here. Love the way Ben has evolved.

I don't normally watch these but the Cowher one was outstanding. This one was good too. I love Merril Hoge so of course I liked that one. Going to need to watch more.
Howard Griffith had to resort to chop-blocking him during the 1997 AFC Championship Game. An incredulous Kirkland asked Griffith, “Why do you have to use cheap tactics like chop-blocking?” Griffith replied “Why do you have to be a 300-pound linebacker?”

“4th and goal at the one, you running or throwing it,” Roethlisberger asked.
“Get me on the move, I can do either,” Pickett said confidently.

He is getting better at the hosting roll. The first couple were sorta choppy (I have watched about half the episodes). I bet he got some good tips from Hoge.

Steelers hit a sweet spot by drafting Kenny as a 23 year old. Young enough for youthful exuberance, yet mature enough to quickly settle in as QB1.
