I think Tomlin is a poor coach who knows he has the best job security in the NFL.

That said, if I'm Mike Tomlin there is 0% chance I fire Canada this season...the reason is simple. As long as Canada is around he deflects most of the blame from Tomlin. Yes, Tomlin is the head coach and has the ultimate responsibility for deciding who his coordinators are, but it's in his strategic best interest to keep his whipping boy on staff.

So in short, Canada = Tomlin's protective cup. If Canada goes, Tomlin's nuts are open to shots.

Tomlin could fuck up a two-car parade. The fact he has been our HC this long says a lot. The national media talks about him like these are new developments. It has been three years since I managed my schedule around Steelers games. Looks like that won't change any time soon.
