Steelers vs Arizona Cardinals Game Comments & Hyperbole
Gonna be occupied early tomorrow so here’s your game thread:
The Bidwells couldn’t win an NFL Championship after 100 years, so they farcking STOLE the championship from the Pottsville Maroons. And the NFL went along with this. So screw the Bidwells and screw the Cards.

Here We Go Steelers!!!!
This should be a blowout game. At least on paper. No fingernail biting needed this weekend.
Two rushing TDs, one passing TD, a defensive TD and a Boz FG.
Steelers 31
Struggling Cards maybe 10

Secure NHALS early and then go deep into the PLAYOFFS.

Howard Griffith had to resort to chop-blocking him during the 1997 AFC Championship Game. An incredulous Kirkland asked Griffith, “Why do you have to use cheap tactics like chop-blocking?” Griffith replied “Why do you have to be a 300-pound linebacker?”
A loss today would be absolutely unacceptable
Could it happen with a Tomlin-led team?
Yep
Hope we can overcome the coach’s stupidity and blow them out

Really hoping to see James Conner rack up some quality garbage time stats. Easy guy to root for
I don’t think they’d be running if it was garbage time
But ok
Let’s blow them the fuck out
Can we enjoy a game, start to finish and not ever be nervous? Is that not a possibility anymore?
Looks like perfect football weather
Sure a blowout would be nice but I’m hoping for a win of any kind and health.Pabst wrote: ↑Sun Dec 03, 2023 4:24 pmYeah, good point.
And yes I'm holding out hope for a blowout
Can’t lose anybody especially major players in this team’s success.
Really hoping Freiermuth stays healthy because he was a serious difference maker last week and Minkah takes one to the house.

Nope.
Hope he struggles with 14 carries for 19 yards and two crucial fumbles.
Can't wait to see the condition of the field.
I'm going to have to listen to the fourth quarter on the radio.
We tortured fans deserve one blowout a seasonK_C_ wrote: ↑Sun Dec 03, 2023 4:29 pmSure a blowout would be nice but I’m hoping for a win of any kind and health.

Blowouts is not how Tomlin rolls. Dude loves attrition football and we’re going to run the ball a TON today.
I want to see 34-10 but we’ll almost certainly see 17-14.
The Steelers do not want to see you or I happy and calm.
Their goal is for us all to drop dead before our time.

I’d like to be on defense first

Idk why I watch pregame but I do. Half an hour before KO and NHALS has garnered 4 mentions.

Is Murray tall enough to ride on the Thunderbolt?

The TV idiots had to go ALL the way back 2008 to celebrate Mikeys Super Bowl glory. And they did so.Jizz Mop wrote: ↑Sun Dec 03, 2023 5:33 pmBecause it’s an amazing accomplishment by an amazing HCfractalsteel wrote: ↑Sun Dec 03, 2023 5:31 pmIdk why I watch pregame but I do. Saw that. Even better, Jizz Mop was at that SB. Harrison landed in Jizz’s endzone. Jizz was seated right in line w Harrison’s return. Jizz watched it come right at him.fractalsteel wrote: ↑Sun Dec 03, 2023 5:38 pmThe TV idiots had to go ALL the way back 2008 to celebrate Mikeys Super Bowl glory. And yet we hung 52 points on a team just a few years ago when we had a QB trusted enough to throw the ball downfield.Blowouts is not how Tomlin rolls. Dude loves attrition football and we’re going to run the ball a TON today.
I agree with you that is how Jibbs loves to play.
It’s magnified now however due to lack of big plays out of the QB.
Dems da facts.
Hopefully with No-O Canada gone that starts to change and Pickett can start to ascend to medicore.
Jibba Jabber’s offense hasn’t scored more than 7 1st quarter points in 84 consecutive games. An NFL record by far. A historic amount of “easin in”. We are lucky to have him.

Ready for a great day of football!!! The health is there across the board, the fraud is history, rbs & Oline kicking ass in run game, Dj made his mea-culpa multiple times, with him sounding sincere, with a win today at home the team could be one game out of norf lead in December, only thing missing to meet my expectations for where I wanted this team to be@this time of the season is solid progression from our 2nd year QB.
The stage is set for you little hands, go out and kick some ass today KP8 with some
dimes.
In order of prcedence, things I want to see today that will make me happy while sipping some of my favorite whiskey/whisky later this afternoon/evening:
1. As bigAl said, "Just twin baby" (a couple of my best friends are suffering durs fans)
2. Leave the game healthy.
3. Accurate, and dynamic passing game that is directly related to scoring points.
The next 6+ games will determine where we are at with Kenny for me one way or another, but things are trending up from my POV, so pretty optimistic about how it turns out.
