Steelers won't have that successful of a season.

Actually, I can see them missing the playoffs.

Lots of moving parts, new offense , a stronger schedule, and it's unlikely they get fortunate again, not having to play against Joe Burrow.

I think the Steelers are at best, 3rd best team in the North.

Yeesh! I can honestly say I don't recognize one of those names. My focus has narrowed so much as the years have gone by. I rarely watch anything other than the Steelers and my hockey team that is now gone. Your knowledge is impressive!

1. Nobody you will want. Jalen Milroe might be the best still on the board.

2. No, but this DT draft is way better than the 2024 draft. Maybe 5-7 go in round 1. Steelers will be taking one of them. Next years DT crop is just like this years OT class. Good and deep.

3. No, but see above. Very good DT draft. We’re taking one sooner than round 3. Here are the big names to watch.

That's actually perfect if they can land a QB in the 1st. Sure, that's a big IF but I'm already fast forwarding to next year. Get a coach first, then a QB in the first and focus on the dline. They hopefully fixed the oline this year then you start the season with a young QB and solid, young talent on both lines. That's the ideal situation to build a contender. Fingers crossed.
