Yeah but he probably wont have one for the rest of the year, just like last year, and the browns will go 3-14.
Can't disagree. I said this last night. TJ Watt has been pretty quiet the last few games. Miles Garrett wrecked us last night and made a statement. Good for him. But have to think TJ has a big game soon, hopefully when it matters.
Minkah on the other hand..........wtf.

They were lining Garrett up all over the field...I didn't know that was something you could do!JJT07 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 22, 2024 1:53 pmCan't disagree. I said this last night. They continued to force the Garrett vs Watt thing even after the game when they interviewed Garrett. At the end he cockily said I'm #1 baby. I told my wife. How the hell do you reconcile yourself into believing that(last year - not last night) when all the stats the whole way across the line except one, said otherwise! That's a heavy dose of Narcissism!

Minkah has been put into the Chris Hope/Ryan Clark role and until last night in the critical moments, had been playing the role well.JJT07 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 22, 2024 1:53 pmCan't disagree. You're not supposed to be noticing him this year- in fact, when you notice him, it's because like last night when he failed to pick up a receiver Porter handed off to him, he screwed up.
Someone needs to make Teryl Austin watch Myles Garrett on film from last night and tell him "See, Teryl? We told you it was legal to line up your star linebacker in different spots, or send him on different stunts/rushes, to try and scheme a favorable matchup for him!"
Teryl probabaly thought the Browns were cheating last night when they did that with Garrett.
That said, Watt has to pick it up. There were more than a few times where he was single blocked and still got stonewalled.

I don't think it was coincidence, but yesterday, Jussie Smollett got his conviction overturned on procedural grounds.alancac98 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 22, 2024 5:32 pmThey continued to force the Garrett vs Watt thing even after the game when they interviewed Garrett. Garret's a pussy. And the D coordinator doest designate where he lines up. I read a Cleveland article that said he can line up where he wants. He lines up over the weakest link.
Smart use, but pussy move.

You could see on multiple occasions other front-7 D players having to check with him before they lined up pre-snap. Wonder why?Steelersfan wrote: ↑Fri Nov 22, 2024 6:33 pmGarret's a pussy. Someone else could be ahead of him now, but the season is not over and T. J. Watt could still win the award with impressive performances in important games later this season.
This cunt is only slightly less of a fucking douchebag than his buddy Jussie Smollet.

Honestly, WGAFF about a DPOY award. Do any of you?
