Just listened to podcast for first time this season...and got wicked depressed. FWIW...hate talking about next years draft while this season is in progress and Steelers in midst of playoff hunt...but that's just me

Eh, you know we talk draft prospects all year... but the discussion this week was more like trying to identify: what would the magic offseason signings or draft picks be to put this team up to Super Bowl contender status. That was the context.

The have been some nice parts to this season and we've talked about those plenty... but I think the state of the team is kind of depressing in a Groundhog Day kind of way. It feels like such a repeat of the recent past. I readily admit I have Tomlin postseason PTSD... but should we just ignore all of that to put a more positive spin on the show? I'm sorry if it's not enjoyable to listen, because the point is to make something people will listen to.
