If we win...
And as the week goes on, I'm starting to believe a little....
-positive injury report, especially on the defensive side of the ball
-think it's more likely that we get ref's calls...again
-you asshats can laugh, but I think we get at least one big play from CA III
BUT....we win and I think it's almost certain we draw Houston (they host Indy w Ryan whathisname at QB, Jax hosts TN, both teams have incentive to win), and I think there's no fuckin way we beat Houston's savage defense.

Yep. Colts are starting Riley Leonard, good feel comeback of Rivers is over. Let´s hope Rodgers will look CA III´s way. And The Jogger will play, in limited capacity.swissvale72 wrote: ↑Wed Dec 31, 2025 2:03 pmAnd as the week goes on, I'm starting to believe a little....

Rodgers likes CA III. I'm hoping he gets sufficient snaps. Rodgers seems to like MVS moreCzechSteeler wrote: ↑Wed Dec 31, 2025 2:17 pmYep. Of course the Steelers will beat the Ravens. Probably in some sloppy ass shitfest of a game. I have no doubt in my mind this will happen because of how desperately I want us to be embarrassingly run off the field and how, sorry folks, there is no God, only Satan and Hell for everyone.
And our dumbass mouthbreathing fans will roar in approval and puff their chests out.
And then we'll get annihilated in the playoffs for like the 7th time in a row or whatever it is at this point.
But hey, mission accomplished. Our dumbass fans were engaged all season long, bought their DK Metcalf jerseys, and we even got the proceeds from a home playoff game too! Let's not rock the boat too much. Who will be our QB next year? Who the fuck knows, but it's okay, Mike will figure it out as he always does. You have to love how hard his guys play for him, right?
....
....
If there is a God, I send you this pure, genuine prayer:
Please God, let the Ravens completely annihilate the Steelers on Sunday night. Let them smite the Steelers in your almighty glory much in the same manner as Sodom and Gomorrah. I'm talking a 35-0 completely obliteration where the Steelers have like two first downs all game long. I pray for loud, uninterrupted chants of "FIRE TOMLIN" to rain down onto the field.
Please let it be so.

This should be a Ravens blow-out, but Harbaugh is just as stupid and stale as Tomlin at this point.

Dear Jesus,
I said ten Our Fathers today and every day since the off season in the hope that you will see it in your omnipotence for the Steelers led by Coach Mike to have on every series a run/run/pass/punt and that you will permit everyone in the stadium to have a clear strong voice for each FIRE TOMLIN chant.
Praise be to God.

It'll be really fitting if this season ends just the same as last years. Truly would reinforce the whole Groundhog day feel to the Tomlin tenure at this point. They spent an off-season thumping their chest about how what happened last January wouldn't occur again so I feel pretty confident in saying that it will.
These clowns (with the help of some in the media) thumped their chests after the last win about how they played the run better and somehow avenged a playoff loss (which is worth more than the last 5 or more regular season wins the Steelers have against Baltimore in my book). They allowed 216 yards on the ground. You have the fucks at Steelers Depot acting like they kept the Ravens in check outside one long run which you could literally attempt to do (and more successfully so) in any game where a team breaks a long run.
I mocked Harbaugh in the last game for continuously putting the ball in Lamar's hands as a passer late in that last meeting. They may, as some others have speculated, be better off with Huntley because then there's no pretend play time bullshit where they try and act as if they're a throwing team. There's no overpaid ego to assuage in Jackson. They don't have to pretend they aren't a team with a glorified RB behind center.
And Huntley at this point is in better physical condition to aid their ground game.
Jackson has also tended to be a main contributor in all those Ravens losses of late. Just really dumb fucking plays.

Oh heavenly father, I take the side of delicious and succulent blue crab legs and also crabcakes, and have been bathing in Old Bay seasoning for this entire week, dusting my armpits and crotch area well. Bless and praise for providing for us this delicious bounty, as well as a defeat of the scourge of Tomlinism which has consumed untold thousands of braindead zombie dumbasses.
Thank you Jesus.

Lamar looking like he’s giving it a go
Ravens QB Lamar Jackson (back) practiced on Thursday and it “appears as though” he will start in Week 18 against the Steelers.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter echoed Jamison Hensley’s belief that Jackson will be under center in Week 18. The Ravens (8-8) and Steelers (9-7) are competing for the AFC North crown and a ticket to the postseason. Jackson’s mobility was reportedly impeded by the back contusion he suffered in Week 16. Hopefully, that is no longer the case
