They will never be a three win team under tomlin. He wants to win at any costs. I mean as soon as they had any injuries or issues they attacked it with vets like adam thelin , or dugger etc. Some of you guys have been saying they will be terrible for several years. The cynic in all of us believes that literally anyone is an upgrade over Tomlin just so he’s finally gone.

I get that and a part of me feels the same way.

But part of me really worries who the barely lucid, mope that is Art Rooney will name as successor.

Assuming he doesn’t even whiff, the new coach has A LOT of holes NOT to PATCH but to find viable, long term solutions through the draft.

To (finally) do this right, the next Steelers coach will have to take some lumps, kinda like Noll did while he was waiting for Bradshaw to develop and his young talent on defense to mold into the best of in the history of football.

Tomlin runs simple schemes and plays not to lose. You can't really judge the talent of the team in that context.
