1.21 is fine, but I would trade up higher in the 2nd with the stockpile of third and fourth round picks.

we have way too many picks not to move up or trade them for next year.

They may look to replace Heyward in that Swiss-army-knife role he played.
There are several intriguing prospects they have a good chance to draft with 12 [possible] selections.

Yeah, the role players are comprised of a bunch of guys with "positional flexibility" who aren't even average at anything.
I don't expect much from McCarthy in terms of winning a championship, but my hope is no more of this "square peg round hole" stuff and instead draft talent and adapt the schemes to the players.
