The early game on Fox this Sunday . . . if you fall above or below the line, obviously. No sports bar for me this week
[Lotsa coverage out in the great wide west + Appalachia; elsewhere, not so much . . . ]

It's a game with an Eagles' NFC East rival in it- that will always take precedence on FOX in the Philly market.

I know but we've been getting squeezed.....that game is on in NY Fox, which i get along with Philly....Sucks too because everyone from stroudsburg on down gets the NY fox channel as well, so it's redundant and the Steeler fans get fucked

Been lucky the last couple of years really. When they aren't on I head to Buffalo Wild Wings.

I was pleasantly surprised! Ravens/Raiders @ 4:30, so I get Steelers/49ers at 1:00!

You might want to double check that. If you're still in Baltimore you'll be watching Rams vs Skins at 1:00 on Fox. Steelers are playing at 1:00 on Fox too.

Fox 45 Baltimore at the moment specifically lists Steelers/49ers.

You might be right? That would suck. But my TV cable box shows the listing NFL Football, Pittsburgh vs. San Francisco at 1:00, Sunday, and I set it to DVR the thing. I'll have to check the Baltimore sun sports page, weekend TV listings tomorrow, they always show the Sunday NFL games. That map on 506 sports also clearly indicates the are around Baltimore City & County for Pittsburgh/SF? Ravens should demand that Pittsburgh/SF is shown, they don't like Redskin presence in B'more even less that Steelers. I'll have to keep checking and if I get screwed I'll have to just try streaming.

going to have to record the game. gotta remember that it will be blacked out on sundayticket and will be on local tv instead. I've made that mistake before. (the game recording equivalent of setting an alarm time with PM instead of AM)

On second look, I think you're right. Baltimore looks to be Pittsburgh. I'm in Frederick and its seems I'm damn close to the line. I couldn't imagine they'd play the Steelers here and not the Redskins. It's probably split half and half Skins Ravens fans. I think i'm screwed. Still though, it's going to piss off a lot of skins fans just a few miles west of here in MD.

The funny thing is, the newspapers and websites locally show Redskins at the moment, but when I search on my Comcast cable box for "football listings", it still says "WBFF Baltimore, Fox45, 1:00 PM, Sunday, Steelers/49ers" as we speak, so I set the DVR, it's weird, hopefully the cable box is right and everybody else is wrong, or I'll have to log on to Wiziwig!

Nick, I just looked this up on my directv channel listings and it has the Skins on Sunday. I hope it's wrong.

My Comcast still says Steelers. Maybe Fox45 opts for the Skins even though the map tells us it should be Steelers? It kind of sucks, it's like we're a 2 team market, when we really aren't. You'd think the Ravens would not want the Skins shown, to discourage people from being Skins fans in the immediate area? And I wouldn't be surprised if the Steelers where the 3rd most popular team in town anyways, so I'd think Steelers games are decent local ratings draw.

5:00 PM Saturday, the Baltimore Sun shows Skins, but my Comcast still shows Steelers, I'm sure that in the end it will probably go against me, but I'm still hoping.
