Type his name in the search field.
He's got four connections- three coming in (Dungy, Gruden, Childress), one going out....Bruce Arians.

I've always considered Tomlin part of the Noll tree since he coached under Dungy, and Dungy coached under Noll.

If you type in Noll's name, you will see Tomlin is part of his associated network.

take Marty Shott, Bill Walsh, and Bill Parcells. those 3 coaching trees have produced a helluva lotta Super Bowl victories.

Ive seen Tonlin on the Denny Green tree. Some people say Noll via Dungy. Why not Paul Brown via Noll being a messenger guard of who Paul Brown said how Chuck was so smart that he could had called the plays himself.

I would expect the Marty Schottenheimer tree and has produced the most angst.
Followed by the Dan Reeves tree
Mike Tomlin: Bringing mediocrity to the 'Burgh for over a decade.
One thing this shows you- it IS a "good ol' boys network" in the NFL still.
Very few unconnected entities.

well they all had to start somewhere. Tomlin was an unconnected entity until he got a job with Denny Green or whoever.
