I continue to be amazed by what this team is capable of despite the number of games missed by key players.

The only Christmas present i want is for those players to all come back (and stay back) with enough time to gel before playoffs. This team might be damn well impossible to beat in 7 games if that happens, and if Jarry continues to play at the level he is playing.

Damn fun team to watch.

The flip from ZAR to Blandisi out of the penalty box was superb. I hope they added a Petterson assist because he won the puck in traffic and shuffled it to ZAR before that.

Anyway, who knows how long Jarry can play at this level but it sure is fun to watch.

Tippett tried to get the McDavid line out against the Pens top line as much as he could and Malkin and crew did a good job of hemming them in.
When you hold the top two scorers in the league to three shots each and no points you have done a very good job.
