Probably about the same time the Steelers find a viable starter at QB.

The heat is on Sully and the PP is a HUGE problem for this team. Why he hasn't relieved Reirden of his duties there is mind boggling unless Reirden is his buffer to hold onto his job.

In Penguin hockey is there anything better than Crosby scoring with less than a minute in the period in PHILADELPHIA?

The last Pens PP
Flyers 3 SOG
Pens zip

That was as horrible a PP as I have seen in a long time.

Just tuned in the for the second period.

Which was just in time to see us give up a series of breakaways...while on a power play. We'd serious by better just dumping it in.....and not chasing it.

Not surprising, the Flyers have owned this period.

Pittsburgh isn't the worst sports city in the country right now. Not by a long shot.

But it may be the most stale.

Couple of observations.
The Pens have wasted some very good goaltending this year. Yeah, Jarry has his stinkers but our tandem has kept us in many a game.

The PP is broken. Confidence, strategy, etc so why not give the duties of it to another coach?

Petterssen has been our most consistent D man all season. Graves was supposed to be an upgrade but he hasn't fit in. The same mistakes over and over.
