2024 Backyard Brawl

Fun game! Pitt 38-34. Tons of highlights from both teams, a punt block TD by a guy named Maverick... the Plucky Panthers are a good watch this year. Couple skill players on this team might be worth mid-late round looks in April.

Best game of the day
Sooo fun

Glad the Brawl is back
Hard hitting action
No quit on either team

My Pitt friends were in the house and did some pregame action at a couple nearby bars

Said was tremendous atmosphere

Now get that Pitt/Penn State rivalry back dammit

73 points last Saturday caps an impressive 4-0 start for the Panthers heading into ACC play, with two big blowouts and two tough, gritty, entertaining wins over geographic rivals in Cincinnati and WVU. Good looking young QB in Holstein and some intriguing skill talent, including some draftable prospects. Game vs. UNC at noon this Saturday apparently nationally televised on ESPN/2. Tar Heels should be game, stinging from the non-upset upset vs. JMU last week. Been enjoying Pitt football so far, hopefully they keep things humming in Oakland.
