1T) Tyleik Williams 6’3 327 DT Ohio State- Ohhh dude. Dig this ELITE Buckeye run stuffer. In the playoffs alone, this beast stonewalled the Vols (minus my guy Sampson) and the Ducks usually electric ground game. STUD (Getting greedy here with a slight trade down toward the end of rd 1 to net a couple extra picks to play with).

2.) Omarion Hampton 6’0 220 RB North Carolina- “Bowling ball of butcher knives” If this kid wows at the combine no shot he falls this far, but until then I’m just letting you know that I know this kid is a STUD.

3) Matthew Golden 6’0 195 WR Texas- LOVE this Longhorn. No idea how this Houston transfer is going to test but all this kid does is make plays. Smooth operator who is the lead dog of an explosive group of Texas playmakers. CLUTCH. No clue what the Steelers end up doing with Pickens. We’ll cross that mock bridge when we get to it.

3T) Cody Simon 6’2 235 LB Ohio State- Back to the farm team for this explosive disruptor. Kid arrives on the scene in a hurry with BAD intentions. Flashed all over the screen making life miserable for Dillion Gabriel and the Ducks offense.

4) Elijah Arroyo 6’4 245 TE Miami- If his name was Pat Frier without the Muuuth, yinzer nation would join me in being less than satisfied with his overpriced production. I’m borderline obsessed with these hybrid types that a creative OC could really…ohh wait…never mind. This Arroyo fella is a seam stretcher that gets down field in a hurry. Dig him.

5) Kaimon Rucker 6’2 265 EDGE North Carolina- “Is your mouth all glued up with cunny juice? I asked you a question.” I don’t know the answer, but I’m hoping Watt and Herbig are playing hurt because those two dudes belong on a milk carton of late. Can’t have enough EDGE rushers. “The Butcher” here is a relentless pass rusher that I’m admittedly mocking because I dig his nickname.

6T) Darius Alexander 6’4 310 DL Toledo- Always good to hear from my guy Charles. Draft WARLORD he is! Drop some knowledge if you please on this Rocket who filled up the stat sheet in a wild Toledo overtime win over Ice’s Pitt Panthers.

7.) Shamar Simmons 6’0 195 CB Arizona St- Cam Skattebo isn’t the only player who caught my eye in the Sun Devils oh so fun showdown against the Texas Longhorns. This violent nickel brought the boom on the lots of letters Longhorn rb resulting in a safety. Tough ‘sum bitch. Khan-artist starting to lose me a little, but hopefully he spends some free agent dollars on corners this offseason.

7.) Andreas Keaton 6’2 200 S Temple- Sideline to sideline stat sheet filler who wears the single digit (#2) symbolic of Temple’s toughest players.

Thanks as always for reading. Please comment on the players you like and those you don’t. Just passing some time before I nap through the Ravens/Browns game. Good luck to your Steelers tonight. They’re going to need it. GO BUCKEYES!

One of the best you’ve ever done. Of course they won’t trade down and won’t pick anybody you like. Lol.

Yeah, I'd be down with this one. Alexander was indeed a force in that game. Just pleased we get Reid back next year, and a few interesting portal guys already for the defense, too.

Could've used him and Tyliek against the run last night. Williams is borderline unblockable right now.

And any mock with a Bill the Butcher reference... probably my all time favorite movie villain.
Nothing left to do but smile, smile, smile...

Really hard not to like this one Drama, been eyeing Tyliek Williams for a while and he's playing great football against the best competition right now too. Really like the late round guys in Rucker, Alexander, and Simmons.

I think you could trade into day 2 and still get Williams but YMMV. I would take Derrick Harmon (Oregon ) as he fits what the Steelers like ( 6'5 300+lbs) and is a major force inside.

A lot more excited about Darius than Maxen Hook. Much like Quinyon last year, I'm surprised he stayed in Toledo and wasn't lured to the portal

Great run defender, excellent athleticism for a big boy, and gets after the QB.

That athleticism was on full display during the 6 OT thriller and almost six hours I spent inside Ford Field. 6 tackles, a sack, and a pick six. His TD had the Toledo crowd in a frenzy. What a game.

I think he ends up in the 4th/5th round when it's all said and done. He should test well, hopefully in Indy. He deserves an invite.

Rockets loading up via the portal for next year. Former Ohio State RB Chip Trayanum on his way to the glass city.

Great draft as always Drama, love the Abdullah reference. Growing up in Georgia I'm sure you were locked in from 6:05 to 8:05 every Saturday night on TBS like I was.
In their current state, I hate everything about this organization.

Good scouting report as always, Charles

I actually grew up in Pittsburgh moved down here to Suwanee, GA in 2002.

But yes

As a kid I did so dig me some Gordon Solie on “The Superstation” TBS

Ric Flair, Dusty Rhodes, the Andersons, Mad Dog Buzz Sawyer, Wildfire Tommy Rich lol

That Texas wrestling (network it was on escapes me) with the Von Erich family, Junkyard dog, Bruiser Brody, and yes Abdullah the Butcher was extra bloody

I remember my parents being all like WTF are you watching???

Looking back on that is pretty funny like why in the hell did I like that crap???
