Seeing that the Bucs are interested in Byrd, which tells me that either Marte is hurt worse than first thought, or they aren't thrilled with Polanco against lefties? Also seeing theyre interested in Jon Lester. What sort of return would Boston get for him? Seems like it would be a very high price for a one year rental, because the Bucs sure as hell wouldn't sign him to a multi year contract.

Not bad, gives up the hr then strikes out the side.

They announced that Lester has been scratched from his start tomorrow for the Red Sox. Is a deal done?

all the buc pitchers scare me..some more then others! I feel way better with at least a 6 run cushion going into 8th... : :D then hope frieri has flu.
