They didn't waste much time in showing the world they were the best this season. Good for them and their fans, they've waited a long time for this feeling.

Now, let's see if we can see our Buccos back in the post season as early as 2024. I believe it's well within the realm of possibility.

They could win 83 games or so but I can't see them making the kind of Corey Seager move or prime pitching moves to carry it over the top. Cheapskate correctly deduces from watching the Dodgers that all the money in the world sometimes doesn't work but incorrectly concludes that it's not worth the risk.
