They need to trade Carmelo some how. He's not a team guy and isn't in his prime anymore, so they will progress better without him.

My Cavs just added Richard Jefferson for a year.
A 35 year old who still has some serious skill. Great addition off of the bench.

It's good to have some grizzled vets to come off the bench who know how to play and are focused on winning. Jefferson was solid coming off the bench for the mavs last year. I agree, good signing.
