Guys were open, it has been shown over and over. Ben missed them. Did the o-line play well, no, but Ben played like shit. Without Bell, Ben was average, we needed him to step up, he didnt.

IDK why this is impossible to admit.

Ben started well and didn't play particularly well in the second half.

Why? The pressure not only beat the shit out of him physically, but it also forced him into playing hurried.

Made some poor decisions.

Flacco was barely touched.

Frankly, I'm surprised Ben played as well as he did. He got the shit knocked out of him.

That and Miller played like a bitch. The backs played like pussies after the opening drive and Baltimore did a really good job of neutralizing the WR's.

I just don't get how anyone could watch that game and think Ben played well or wasnt a problem. Even the INT to Suggs, Brown was wide open right off the snap. Flacco wasnt touched because the ball was out the second his back foot hit the ground. Ben doesn't do that, he stares down the field. People can joke about Archer, but if Ben hit him a few times, it would have opened things up. And he was open plenty.

Ben is a good qb, but to not acknowledge he struggles against certain defensive strategies is nuts. The Jets did the same thing to him. He is our best shot by far, and yes makes Tomlin better, but he hasnt won a playoff game in a long time, and to absolve him of any culpability is wrong.

No Ben sux, trade him to Arians for a 3rd rounder

But Brady's OL is playing much better than PIT. We've seen Brady shit the bed plenty, relatively speaking, when he's pressured against 7-8 man coverages.

Stop the run, drop 7-8 into coverage and still get pressure on the QB....EVERY defensive coordinator will take that every time against anyone....winning formula about 95% of the time.
