Garrett won’t be suspended, he hit mason with the bottom side of the helmet not the crown.

Wow, Baker pretty honest right there. I though for sure he'd give the PC answer.

The O line sucked and that is the foremost problem, but Mason just had a real bad game. Certainly not prime time. This team needs to start thinking outside of the box.

You are crazy if you don’t think he will get suspended. Min 4 games if not the rest of the season

That better be way more than 4 games. I have honestly never seen anything like that in my life
Joe Greene ripped helmets off.
But usually tossed them.

Garrett used it as a weapon.
He could have ended Mason.
Suprised he did not draw blood.
I think killing another player in the field of play is 6 game suspension but can be appealed
I mean its not explicitly spelled out in the CBA soooooo I'm guessing the Union... who represents the players... will appeal on the side of the suspended player who used another players helmet as a weapon and tried to smash their skull in.

If he connects with force Mason likely ends up with a fractured skull.

That shithead is toast.

Interesting article on the legal side.

Mason has a learning curve with solid O-line play.

You put him in this situation with a bunch of backup recievers and backs on a short week with a thursday game on the road where home teams win 70% of the time with their starters?

what do people expect? Sure I'd like to have seen a few better throws... but this wreaked of a preseason game where the opposing team leaves their starters in when we've put in second and third stringers in.

The Browns physically beat up the Steelers the way we’ve done to them for 20 years. The way Harrison knocked out Browns players for years, they intentionally went after our guys that way today to send a message. Two skill guys concussed, then the Rudolph helmet thing at the end of the game. The Steelers need to toughen up quick.

Hopefully, Pouncey does not get suspended. Trotting out this lineup minus Pouncey is not ideal even against the Bungles.
I consider what Gronk did was way more egregious, and the asshole got only one game.

Just so the NFL could have him in the Steelers game.
Have to agree with this statement. Suh has done some shit repeatedly. I was thinking he will be the suspension precedent.

I'm not going to give up on the guy (Mason), but who do you suggest as a back-up for Ben as long as he is around? And he (Ben) wouldn't be around for long with this o line play. I'm going mobile.

Said that after Johnson went out. It was a hit em in the mouth game. We brought the knives to the gun fight.

JuJu’s hit wasn’t that bad, not even sure how he is concussed.

I can't wait for two weeks from now.
I am with you. That was a punishing beat down tonight with a lot of headhunting and a Joey Porter-in-Cleveland-esque ending.

I think at this point I'm worried about getting healthy enough to field an NFL offense that can score points.

It's not just today. He hasn't been consistently accurate on throws past the LOS all year.

He doesn't appear to possess NFL accuracy. Actually I think his problem is throwing accurately with velocity.

That was a giant SHIT on what was turning to be a pretty entertaining season
If we can get JuJu and Diontae back quickly, I see a run coming up
As long as we have get the QB up to snuff and the playcalling corrected then yeah. Remember this O over the last two games have only netted 8pts.

Baker is probably asking why would you want to crank up that whole stadium and team into a frenzy before we play them in 17 days.
I so hope he pays for the sins of his teammates.

Is that your head or heart?

I am with Kodiak...I think 2 games tops.

Gronk’s bullshit was more egregious as someone mentioned and that fuck only got 1 game.

Unless you are saying he will be suspended when we meet again in the second game. I could see that happening.

I’m sorry, but Rudolph is not the answer. His accuracy is awful!
Now now, this is only the seventh game in his second year as a pro.

You can't really judge him until at least game 20.
We’ll never know, then, because if we have to watch 20 games of this, we’ll all be dead.
