I forgot about that, somehow.

think maybe that motivated Ben on that last drive?

Honestly, I always kind of like and respected CIN fans. But that was embarrassing, and not just that particular incident but the game and aftermath in general.

We've witnessed a legendary performance in a playoff win against a hated opponent in their house.
We're at 4 pages.

Ben makes 1 mistake and it's at least a dozen pages, usually from the usual suspects, usually repeating verbatim every insult they've already hurled at Ben over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over.........again. You give those people too much credit.

Greek, I know you love Ben. You know I love Ben. We've stuck with our guy through and through.
What we saw on the last two Steeler drives proves everything we've said all along is right.
What we saw with Laundry Jones was the future after Ben is gone.
What we saw with Ben is the promise this team will always have as long as #7 is in the game.
How many of you really think Marcia or Pey-Pey would have come back into that game? Two dudes that go into the "fecal" position every time someone gets in the same zip code of tackling them.

Really worried about his responses to questions about his shoulder - "We won the game" - but god DAMN was that a fucking awesome Willis Reed moment and something I'll never forget from him. If he could toss those throws, it's gotta be something other than a collar bone, so there may still be hope. Bryant is probably more of a question.

But Ben - holy shit, is he a fucking warrior. He doesn't wear Uggs, he doesn't hum insurance jingles - he just shows the fuck up and wins games. All time talent.

Roethlisberger said he should be OK for the game against the Broncos. Williams should have a chance to play. The entire team can thank Toussaint and Todman — and some bone-headed stupidity by the Bengals — for the opportunity.

Yeah. I think they took xrays and determined there was no structural damage and gave him a shot. Took time to have an effect.

Still worried about Denver. Even if he takes the first half of the week off, I wonder about his effectiveness. Even with painkillers.

Notice the media silence over the status.

um, Ron Cook, you fossil-- the run game vs a Cincy D who literally didn't give a single shit about giving it up was a nice contribution, but Shazier, Boz, and Big Ben saved the season.

This is exactly it. And a team's fan base tends to take after the personality of the team itself. Whiny, boorish, thuggish, low fucking class. You don't think when half that sideline charged the field after the Shazier hit, that didn't incite the bullshit that followed in the stands. Oh yeah.

I can't be too hard on McCarron. He's a second year player getting his first real attention.

Ben said stupid shit in pressers and interviews when he was in his second year.

Greek was asking about Ben, not McCarron.

I can't remember specifics, but I remember Ben sounding like a doofus a lot when he first gave interviews. Was totally unpolished...just like you'd expect a kid to be.

There was the broken toes fiasco...that's one I remember.

If AJ stays in the league, he'll get better.

I think AJ is ok as well. The toes thing may not have been the smartest thing to report that's a far leap to stupid shit. Anyway.
