Tomlin's seat got A LOT warmer today. This is EMR running the team now. There's a major major decision facing this team at the end of the year - Ben's contract. If you have doubts about Tomlin you've gotta pull the trigger because you don't have the luxury of waiting to make that change.
Or they could kick the can down the road - franchise Ben and go into 2015 with Tomlin a lame duck. I don't see them doing either.

The idea that you can't get rid of someone because their replacement is even worse is the PRIMARY REASON the Steelers are so shitty.
