I got choke slammed when I was 16 into a wall for fucking with a cop and not listening to him. Then again I was a 16 year old asshole kid. I cant imagine an adult just doing what the fuck head wants, especially if you didn't do anything wrong.

Eh I'm just annoyed that they're attempting to sue the city. People see free money everywhere nowadays
