Maybe, although I think the cocktail of PEDs these guys take has more to do with the brain chemistry than CTE. I really don't think receivers take nearly enough hits to the head to get CTE.

AB's case is probably more just extreme narcissism. Once he perceived he wasn't getting enough love from fans and teammates, he lashed out in a manner that made him the center of attention. Maybe throw in some paranoia - a perceived lack of attention becomes feelings of disrespect, which then upsets him bigly.

But CTE tends to be something that onsets later. This behavior is almost certainly not from a few hits to the head. It's most likely an untreated mental disorder, or something brought on by PED's and/or recreational drug use. Or, as mentioned, he's just a supreme dick.

Swiss is looking at it purely in a vacuum of either madden or on paper. Player X is this good so the team is better because the algorithm says so. He is putting zero merit in the idea that the whole team was dealing with how to walk on egg shells around AB so he wouldn't erupt and disrupt the flow of the day/week/season. For one of the people with the most positive outlooks on every Steelers game and season, "I Ride" etc. Swiss' take on this one is making me have trouble wrapping my mind around it.

It's not like this guy was a fuckhead throughout his career. He was a 6th round draft choice that worked his ass off, always had the rep of being the hardest worker on the team.
