I am watching Sunday Ticket on the internet...HD, but I haven’t noticed much better quality with the cable box.

Wish I could grab an over the air signal that would not be uber capitalist compressed.

My quality, partially because of VPN latency, varies from from HD to something less than 480 - the old, old standard broadcast definition....amazing how far we've come. I don't know how I watched tv in the 80's
