Somebody has to win
KC -1.5
O/U 54
I’ll take SF and the over. Close game.
SF comes out throwing for the lead, uses the run game to finish it off. Might see some Matt Brieda in this game and a pass game RB option.
Call you shot and make a pick

Agreed on the come out throwing part. SF game planning that way sets up beautifully. To me, this is whether the better TEAM can beat the better PLAYER. SF is the better team; Mahomes is the best player on the field.
SF wins 34-31. Kittle wins MVP.

The 49ers have started fast in their playoff games, while the Chiefs have started slow. Best bet is probably to expect those trends to continue. Whether Kansas City has it to comeback on that San Francisco defense has my speculative intrigue. Seemingly sets up for an exciting finish.
I will call for a Chiefs win, 29-24. Showtime Maholmes for MVP.

Chiefs by 3 and the over.
Something like 31-28. Chiefs D will stop the run and Jimmy G won't have enough to outscore Mahomes.

Just like Coach Cowher getting over the hump finally having a HoF quarterback, I think this is the year Mahomes gets Andy over the hump. Everything on paper screams the Niners winning but I can just see Mahomes making 3-4 outrageous plays and the Chiefs defense getting just enough stops.
38-35 Chiefs

Maholmes wins first of many....

I have a feeling it will be a bit of a surprise and San Fran will win handily -I'm pulling for the Chiefs though.
Chiefs win 35- 33.

Isn’t this like the umpteenth year in a row the NFC team has come out on the winning end of the coin toss?
PS Looked it up. Giants lost the toss back in Super Bowl XLVI. Before that it had been 14 straight wins for the NFC.

Is it just me or are there a bunch of empty seats?

We should have drafted Deebo Samuel.

I’d trade our entire draft this year for Shannahan & Lynch.
