It’s not the player—in a vacuum, I think Washington looks like he’s going to be good/great.

It’s the guy that’s the problem. He’s the 3rd best WR on a team with almost zero speed at the skill positions. They really need to add an influx of speed to open stuff up and get these defenses backed off the LOS. I think a scary fast outside WR would go a long way to accomplishing that.

More likely, they’ll add a speed guy and roll with all 4

1 20 Amarius Mims, OT, Georgia
2 51 TRADE: Brandon Aiyuk, WR
3 84 Hunter Nourzad, C, Penn State
3× 98 Jarvis Brownlee, Jr., CB, Florida State
4 128 Qwan'tez Stiggers, DB, Toronto Argonauts

So in the draft? First pick goes speedy WR?

He is a JAG.

Love to be wrong but I'm betting they could've found a Vet or UDFA to plug in without noticing much of a difference over this guy.

Agree...He’s no guarantee to make the roster.

Yeah, I didn’t do my homework on that one. Sitting in the house is making me stir crazy...emphasis on crazy.
Looking in to the kid a bit more, I need to walk that back. Barring something ridiculous, he is making the roster.
Here’s my original thought...where and how does he fit the Steelers ? He’s not a NT...let’s put a stop to that right now. He’s a DE here. So how many DEs do they need? Who’s the odd man out? Are they going to move guys to make this work? Change scheme? Knowing how the Steelers operate, it is highly unlikely they make any of those changes.
At the end of the day, Wormley is still very JAGish. Is he better than Alualu, whom the coaches seem to like? Does he have more upside than Buggs? Is McCullers, who is the only true nose currently on the roster, the guy who gets the axe?
We will see...hopefully.

Either they plan to draft a true NT or they plan to switch to a 43... :P

Or they plan to play a nickel corner 60% of the time.
Redskins Draft:
Marvin Harrison, Jr., WR, Ohio State
Patrick Paul OT Houston
Jordan Morgan OT Arizona
Ja'Tavion Sanders, TE, Texas
TJ Tampa, CB, Iowa State
Trevin Wallace LB Kentucky

...and they've got the horses for that. Expect Hilton to be re-signed then.

I think Dan is still the NT after the draft. I don't think they can afford to use draft capital on a NT.

 This makes the Wormley trade that much sweeter.

F the Ravens! Couldn't happen to a better bunch.

Rams agreed to terms with DT Michael Brockers on a three-year contract.

Brockers can make up to $31.5 million. The Ravens actually agreed to terms with Brockers on a similar deal 11 days ago, but Wednesday it was revealed that the Ravens were worried after getting the results of Brockers' physical. He suffered a high-ankle sprain last season, which was the reason for concern. The Rams obviously know Brockers best and have no issues snapping him back up to stack with Aaron Donald and newcomer A'Shawn Robinson along their defensive line, the strength of the defense. Brockers, 29, has spent his entire career with the Rams after being taken 14th overall in the 2012 draft. He'll be entering his ninth year with the club. The Ravens go back to the drawing board. They already traded DL Chris Wormley to the Steelers after they came to terms with Brockers.

Apparently the Ravens wouldn't sign him without a physical....which they couldn't do since the NFL ordered all facilities closed.

I've read somewhere that Alualu will transition inside and MCcullers will be back up....

I just don’t get the coaching staffs love for McCullers. The guy is a giant pile of nothing.

I hope they keep him. My best friend hates him, so I like to bring him up after every game.
