How are we still burning time outs because of confusion on play call

Ran a 4.53 at the combine in 2018. He looks faster in pads but Clay did track him down after being pretty well blocked by McDonald.

Especially if you get the production we have today. TD and another reverse for 50+ yards. All it does is cause the LB's to take an extra half tick to decide where to go and allows for blocking angles.
